Long Café, off the Hotel’s main foyer, offers a truly unique ‘connoisseur’ coffee experience.
It opened in December 2015 in partnership with the specialist Quaffee group, who now also operate a roastery on the Vineyard premises. The Café merges both modern and vintage design features, including a striking locally-made blown glass chandelier, original artworks by SA landscape artist, JH Pierneef and an imposing wall mural by international land artist, Richard Long.
From a state-of-the art barista counter, coffee lovers can order some truly distinctive coffees sourced from individually selected, sustainably-managed estates across the globe, freshly roasted and blended on site. Aside from a variety of exceptional coffees, Long Café also serves light meals and a sinful selection of cakes and patisserie. The roastery also sells a fresh-roasted ‘single origin’ coffee beans as well as a special Vineyard Blend.
Open daily from 8am to 5pm.
